How the Portal Works
The customer portal will allow you to access important information and tools directly from your computer or mobile device. All you have to do is create your login, confirm your account information, and you are ready to go.

Through the Cash Store customer portal, you will be able to access your account information quickly and easily through a highly secure and easy-to-use site. You will be able to:
- Make payments.
- Review your payment history and loan schedule.
- Refinance your current loan.*
- Take out a new loan and receive funds instantly.*
*Only available to eligible customers.
What This Means for You
As a loyal Cash Store customer, you will have access to your loan whenever you need it from any computer or mobile device. If you can’t make it into a store to make your payment, you can now do that safely and securely from the comfort of your own home. You will be able to refinance your loan to lower your payments from your laptop or smartphone. If you’re eligible for a cash out refinance, you can get funds sent directly to your debit card without ever needing to go into a store. If you have recently paid off a loan with us, you can now take out a new loan 100% online.
