I forgot my username and/or password. How can I sign into my account?

If you remember your username but have simply forgotten your password, please click forgot password on the login screen to complete the process and get back into your Cash Store account. If you do not remember your username, please call us at 877-552-2666 to speak with a Cash Store associate.

I have a general question about my loan. Who do I contact?

For general questions about your loan, please contact your local store to speak with an associate. If you are calling outside of normal store hours, please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day.

How do I make a payment online?

To make a payment, simply log in and enter the amount you would like to pay, choose your payment method and click confirm payment. Payments are quick and easy and you can make them from any computer or mobile device. You can even split payments between multiple debit cards.

I can't make my loan payment on time. What are my options?

If you cannot make your loan payment on time, please call 1-888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store associate.

How long does it take for my payment to be credited to my loan?

Your loan will be credited for the paid amount immediately. Depending on your banking service, it may take up to 3-7 days for the withdrawal to be reflected in your banking account. Please note that payments made after store closing on the payment due date will apply to the next payment period. For the store hours applicable to your loan, please reference the Your Cash Store card on the Welcome screen.

I am having technical issues with my online account (such as creating a login, making a payment, stuck on a page, etc.). Who do I contact?

If you are experiencing technical issues please contact customer support at 855-279-2205 to speak with an associate or click this link and we’ll get back to you within two business days. If you call outside of business hours, please leave a message and we will return your call on the next business day. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday: 8am – 9pm CST, Saturday: 8am – 4pm CST.

How does autopay work?

Autopay allows you to set up recurring, automatic payments from your checking account. That way, you don't have to worry about missing a payment! Future payments will be auto-drafted from your account on the day they are due. To sign up for autopay, call 1-888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store associate or contact your local Cash Store.

Can I take out a loan without signing a payment authorization?

Electronic payment authorizations are not required to use our services. However, if you would like to obtain a loan without providing a payment authorization, please visit your local store.

I need to update the card my funds are sent to. Who do I contact?

If you need to change your card on file, please contact your local store or call 1-888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store associate.

When will my funds be available?

Funds are sent to your debit card immediately, however, individual banks’ processing times may vary.* Please call 888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store associate if you do not receive your funds within 30 minutes. 

How do I update my contact information?

To update your customer profile, log into your account, and select My Account from the menu. Click the edit button under Personal Information to make changes. You can also contact customer service at 1-888-950 or your local Cash Store.

Where can I find my payment history and loan schedule?

You can view your payment history and loan schedule under My Account.

Where can I see or download my loan agreements?

If you need to access your loan agreement documents, please contact your local Cash store.

How do I refinance my loan?

You may be eligible to refinance and even lower your payments, just by paying the outstanding interest and fees of your loan. The option to lower payments depends on how much principal has been paid down on the loan. Visit your nearest Cash Store or call 888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store representative. You can also refinance online through the customer portal.
