We are working on providing online account management options for you, but for now please see our list of commonly asked questions for current and returning customers below. 

The Cash Store is continuing to listen to official resources regarding store closures. Our stores are currently open and are ready to serve you. We have implemented more stringent cleaning and sanitizing procedures including disinfecting all door handles, phones, desks, keyboard and pens. In keeping with the CDC’s recommendation to stay six feet apart from other individuals, we have spaced chairs six feet apart and there will be no more than six customers allowed in the store at any given time. Cash Store will remain open as an essential financial service during COVID-19 “shelter in place” orders. If we can be there for you, we will be.
Cash Store is operating under normal store hours to make sure you can conveniently access our available services. Check out our store locator to see our store hours.
As always, you can make your payment by mailing a cashier’s check or money order to your local Cash Store so that it’s received on or before the due date. Customers who have given us payment authorization will have any outstanding payment amount transferred from their account at close of business. Customers in Texas and New Mexico can also make a payment by phone using a debit card. Call the Cash Store nearest you for details.

The balance on your loan can easily be found at the bottom of your last payment’s receipt – or feel free to call into your local Cash Store to get a quick and easy balance update from any of our loan professionals.
You can make loan payments in any Cash Store or by automatic withdrawal from your checking account. Please see our store locator for store locations and hours.
Currently we only accept payments at our store locations in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order.  We also accept in-store debit card payments in all store locations except Michigan.

For your convenience, if you are not able to make it into the store, the scheduled loan payment will be drafted from your account. This will ensure that your loan remains on schedule without the need to visit a store location to make a payment.

You may be eligible to refinance and sometimes lower your payments just by paying the outstanding interest and fees of your loan. Paying lower amounts and lowering payments depends on how much principal has been paid down on the loan. As a valued Cash Store customer, you don't need to fill out another application online to get a new loan. Just visit the Cash Store nearest you to verify your current information and get your cash the same day.
