Payments

How do I make a payment?

You can make loan payments in any Cash Store or by automatic withdrawal from your checking account. Please see our store locator for store locations and hours.

Can I make payments online or over the phone?

Yes, we offer online payments at all store locations. We only accept payments at our store locations in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order.  We also accept in-store debit card payments in all store locations except Michigan.

Can I repay early or make additional payments?

You can repay early and make additional payments. To see how your payment will affect your interest rate, please refer to your loan documents or contact us for assistance.

What if I missed a payment?

If you missed a payment or think you may be late on your next payment, please contact us to bring your account current or to make alternative payment arrangements by calling 1-888-950-2274.

Why was a payment taken from my account?

For your convenience, if you are not able to make it into the store, the scheduled loan payment will be drafted from your account. This will ensure that your loan remains on schedule without the need to visit a store location to make a payment.

Why was the payment deducted from my account different from the amount listed on my payment schedule?

For your convenience, if you are not able to make it into the store the loan payment will be drafted from your account. If you have paid ahead or made additional payments on your loan, we will only deduct the amount needed to keep your loan on track with your loan payment schedule.

Can I change my payment due date?

You may have the option to better align your due dates with your current paycheck schedule; however, this is dependent on your account details. Please visit a Cash Store near you or call 1-888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store representative.

Refinancing

How do I refinance my loan?

You may be eligible to refinance and sometimes lower your payments just by paying the outstanding interest and fees of your loan. Paying lower amounts depends on how much principal has been paid down on the loan. Visit your nearest Cash Store or call 1-888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store representative.

How do I get a new loan?

As a valued Cash Store customer, you don't need to fill out another application online to get a new loan. Just visit the Cash Store nearest you to verify your current information and get your cash the same day.

Can I get another loan if I already have a loan with you?

Cash Store follows strict compliance guidelines and for this reason, customers are only allowed one loan at a time. Please contact a Cash Store representative at 1-888-950-2274 to learn more.

Is there a waiting period before I can take out another loan?

There may be a waiting period depending on which state you take your loan out in. To check if you have a waiting period please call 1-888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store representative.

How do I refer someone to Cash Store?

Refer your friends and family to Cash Store by word of mouth, text, email, or social media and you could get $100 for yourself (per referral). Find out how!

How do I update my account profile?

You can update your account profile information, such as checking account, telephone or address, by visiting a Cash Store location near you or by calling 1-888-950-2274 to speak with a Cash Store representative.

How do I opt out of communication messages?

You may opt out of emails by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of emails. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may also email us to request removal.

How can I get a release of lien letter for my car title that was used for a loan?

If your title loan with Cash Store is paid in full but you have not yet received your title, please call 1-888-968-5265, Ext. 2502.

Loan Amount is subject to loan approval. Loan terms and availability may vary by location.  Approval rate based on complete applications received across all Cash Store locations. Customers can typically expect to receive loan proceeds in less than 20 minutes; however, processing times may vary. Loans / Advances are provided based on approved credit. Each applicant for credit is evaluated for creditworthiness. Vehicle is subject to evaluation for title/auto equity loans.
